Disclosure Statement

The Company is not responsible for communication failures or delays when trading via the Internet. The Company employs backup systems and contingency plans to minimise the possibility of system failure.

Refund Policy

You pay a one-time fee for an attempt at the 1-Step and/or 2-Step Evaluation. The provision of this 1-Step, 2-step and/or 3-Step Evaluation is a service. Since services are being rendered instantaneously upon purchase, there are no refunds. All transactions made are final. If you are purchasing an evaluation you are doing so in acknowledgement that you will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read the refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of the refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of the refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
